1) Elaboration of socio-economic and environmental studies and diagnosis on the connectivity area among the conservation units of the region;
2) Create a database and establishment of information sharing system for the ecological corridor management and administration;
3) Organization of local representatives to establish a discussion forum for planning along with communities, counterpart institutions and concerned institutions for the conservation units management and environment preservation;
4) Organization of the institutional arrangement for Ecological Corridor planning and management;
5) Conducting training and capacity training with communities and counterpart institutions;
6) Elaboration of the Strategic Plan for Ecological Corridor implementation.
